Return Policy: Since the Finish is what it's all about, we want you to be completely happy. We offer a customer satisfaction guarantee on everything we sell. Because of changing styles, we do maintain a 14-day return/exchange policy, effective from the delivery date of the order. Returned goods must be unworn with original packaging, tags, etc. (where applicable). We reserve the right to refuse returns if they do not include original packaging or if the goods appear worn or damaged.

To start a return, email us at sales@finishauthentic.com . Provide the item number(s) and quantity of what you are returning. We can either refund to the original order payment method (card, Paypal, etc.) or exchange for a different size (plus any up-charge for sizes XXL or larger). Finish Authentic will provide you with a return shipping address (buyer pays return shipping).

Damaged Goods: We do our best to package and ship our goods with care, but once they leave, they begin an adventure and adventures sometimes suck. So, if you receive an order from Finish Authentic and your goods are damaged, let us know immediately at sales@finishauthentic.com . Our same 14 day return policy applies to damaged items, so hurry-up and check 'em out already.

Out-of-Stock Goods: We don't do backorders, because they suck. Trust us, you will thank us. When an item/size runs-out, it's no longer for sale. If the item is being discontinued, it may never be available again, sorry. We just don't like making excuses or forcing our customers to wait for goods.
